2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your rankinoneclick.io subscription at any time.

• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your paid tier features until the conclusion of your current billing period.
• No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial months or unused time remaining in a billing cycle if you cancel mid-month.
• Data Retention: Following cancellation, your data and active SEO projects will be held in our database for a 30-day grace period. If the account is not reactivated within 30 days, these projects may be permanently deleted.

3. Automatic Renewals & Subsequent Billing

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your chosen term).

• No Refunds on Renewals: Except as provided under the 7-day initial money-back guarantee, all recurring payments are strictly non-refundable.
• Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next scheduled renewal date if you do not wish to be billed for the subsequent period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within your eligible 7-day window, you must submit a written ticket via our support channel using the registered account email address. To accelerate the verification process, please provide:

2. The last four digits of the payment card used (do not send full card details).
3. The exact billing amount and date of the transaction.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

• Review Window: Approved refund requests will be processed within 30 calendar days of receiving your written request and necessary account verifications.
• Payment Method: All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Transaction Fees: Any banking fees, currency conversion charges, or transaction processing fees incurred by your payment processor or issuing bank are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

6. Policy Abuse & Rejection of Requests

rankinoneclick.io reserves the right to reject refund requests if we detect patterns of fraud, exploitation, or policy abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly exploit the 7-day money-back guarantee.
• Pulling significant amounts of SEO report data, competitor audits, or keyword exports immediately before submitting a refund request.
