You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API keys. We are not liable for unauthorized access.
Single User Access
Accounts are individual unless your plan allows multiple users. Sharing is prohibited.
3. Subscription & Payments
Subscription fees must be paid according to your selected plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.
Payments are non-refundable except where a 7-day refund is offered for first-time users.
4. License & Usage Rules
- No bots, scraping, or automated extraction without permission
- No reselling or white-labeling without approval
- No reverse engineering or system disruption
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, and branding belong to RankInOneclick.io.
You retain ownership of your uploaded data but grant us usage rights to operate the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of SEO results or traffic improvements.
Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
We are not responsible for third-party services or data sources.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
API & GDPR Privacy Policy
1. API Usage
Rate limit: 10 requests per second per IP and account.
Caching data beyond 30 days is prohibited without permission.
Unused monthly quotas do not roll over.
Abuse or scraping may result in suspension without refund.
