Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.
Payments are non-refundable except where a 7-day refund is offered for first-time users.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded data but grant us usage rights to operate the service.

These proprietary assets are utilized and brought to market by Rank In One Click Ltd under a strict corporate licensing framework. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access these services in accordance with these Terms.
6.2 Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted and fulfilled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles all customer service inquiries, global tax compliance, including VAT and Sales Tax, and payment processing for purchases made on RankInOneclick.io.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of SEO results or traffic improvements.
Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
We are not responsible for third-party services or data sources.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
